MY WORK

Over the past 35 years my career has consistently been guided by problems that caught my eye and my interest. I became compelled to find solutions to them. This has resulted in some fascinating and challenging adventures.

My current focus is the research project examining why many decades of booming diet, fitness and wellness trends have failed to stem the rising health crisis. This project has taken 6-years of my life (so far!) but has yielded some key outcomes that my colleagues and I hope will increase the future success of the behaviour-change sector and help finally produce healthy nations.

I surveyed 250 participants who experienced my coaching programme. 

 

In Week 1 just 13% of them revealed they felt in control of their health.

 

8-weeks later 87% of them said they now feel more in control.
